About

Kim Kasem is the owner of PRIDE Strength Training and a passionate advocate for health, strength, and personal accountability. Originally from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Kim brings a unique and well-rounded background to the fitness space, with advanced education in hospital administration, dental hygiene, and nutrition.

After playing college tennis, Kim spent more than 20 years struggling to understand the changes in her body—especially after having two children. Despite staying active, she found it increasingly difficult to manage body composition, performance, and overall health, often feeling frustrated by a lack of clear, science-based answers.

Everything changed when she began working closely with Jeoff Walters and Dr. Bill Campbell, a nationally recognized physique nutrition coach at the University of South Florida. Through evidence-based training, nutrition, and accountability, Kim finally found the answers she had been searching for—completely transforming her body, mindset, and approach to health.

That transformation led to a powerful shift in purpose. Kim changed career paths to help others cut through confusion, build sustainable habits, and take ownership of their health. Today, her mission is to help clients become the "best version of themselves"—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through strength, discipline, and personal accountability.

Her philosophy is simple yet powerful:

"Push yourself every day, because no one else is going to do it for you."

Conversations carry weight. Pressure is constant, even when things are going well. Over time, the demands of leadership create a unique reality: professional capability increases while physical capacity often quietly declines. Many high-performing leaders are used to doing difficult things. They are comfortable pushing...

If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’ve had a moment that felt… confusing.  Maybe it was the day you realized your “usual” routine wasn’t working anymore. Strength Training for CEOs in 2026: The High-Performer’s Fitness Strategy
If you’re leading a company, managing a team, or carrying a seven-figure responsibility load, you already understand something most people don’t: performance is not a vibe. It’s a system.  And in 2026, the most overlooked performance system for high earners isn’t another productivity app or a new morning routine.  It’s your body.  Not in a “get shredded” way. In a “keep your edge” way.  Because when you’re making $100K+ (and especially when you’re responsible for other people’s livelihoods),...
